This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site(s)-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.
You will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility,supporting multiple site(s)s withinyour region (campus)with regular mobility across assigned locations.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.You'llleverageadvanced analytics and AI-enabled tools toidentifytrends,anticipatebusiness needs, and develop solutions that enhance workplace experience. From coaching leadership teams on workforce management to driving HR process excellence,you'llcollaborate with Field leaders on operationalobjectivesand team effectiveness.You'llmaintainstrong floor presence, building partnerships across all levels while contributing to meaningful workplace improvements through site(s) walks, employee feedback sessions, and strategic initiatives.
