Job summary

Premier Foods' Ambrosia Creamery in Lifton, Devon seeks a proactive Human Resource Assistant to support the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding and absence management. Based on site, you’ll work closely with the HR Advisor and wider team to keep accurate records and deliver a positive employee experience.

This role requires at least two years’ HR admin experience and CIPD Level 3 qualification. You’ll manage HR processes in MyHR, assist with payroll-related tasks, and help maintain

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred or required.
• Two years’ administrative experience in HR is required.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new colleagues.
• Process new starters, changes and leavers within HR systems (MyHR).
• Manage probation, absence, and employee relations case documentation.
• Produce HR reports and KPI dashboards for site management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and site people plans.
