Job summary

The HR Branch is a dedicated HR consultancy based in the United Kingdom, offering practical HR advisory support to startups, SMEs and established organisations. The role sits within the Client Partnership Team and reports to Senior Client Lead, with focus on delivering high-quality HR services onsite at our Lincolnshire office.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of generalist HR experience, strong employment law knowledge, and experience working with SME clients.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' generalist HR experience.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing SME clients.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retained HR clients.
• Provide high-quality HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead on employee relations cases and policy development.
• Support payroll activities when required.
• Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR services.
