Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Studying for CIPD qualification.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead all parts of HR, acting as first point of contact for managers and staff.
• Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability and conduct matters.
• Support investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring processes are fair and compliant.
• Advise and assist managers in employee relations including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and absence/sickness cases.
