Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HPC Onsite Technical Consultant to provide hardware support for a large HPC system based at a customer site in Sweden (Borlänge). You will join an on-site team delivering reactive hardware support and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to meet SLA requirements.

The role includes hands-on troubleshooting, maintaining maintenance records, and collaboration with WW HPE HPC specialists, with full product training and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Computer Systems hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware issues and document remediation actions.
• Carry out on-site interventions for failed components and maintain records.
• Follow spare parts processes and monitor inventory to ensure replenishment.
