Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Supervisor to join our ADT brand on large UK construction projects. You will support the Project Manager with health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management while developing relationships with clients.

On-site leadership involves directing the team, meeting deadlines, and coaching staff. A background in fire & security, strong communication, and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Driving license required.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Management of Field Teams within Fire & Security Industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management with field manager experience.
• Ability to deal with new/unexpected situations proactively.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
• Electrical background.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Ensure operatives are fully productive and cost efficient.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with health and safety focus, programme management and site control.
• Manage subcontractors and develop client relationships on UK projects.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to the onsite team.
• Drive timely delivery and adherence to strategy while promoting best practice.
