Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Supervisor to join our UK construction projects. You will support the Project Manager with health and safety oversight, programme delivery, site control and subcontractor management while developing strong client relationships.

You will lead onsite teams, communicate clearly with clients and suppliers, drive on-time performance, and foster best practices. A proactive, professional approach and an electrical background are valued.

Qualifications

• Essential: Driving license.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Management of Field Teams in Fire & Security industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management and team development, preferably in a field manager role.
• Ability to handle new/ unexpected situations with proactive approach.
• Electrical background.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Maintain productive, cost-efficient operatives and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with focus on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management.
• Develop relationships with customers and meet financial/performance targets.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to onsite team, outlining priorities and tasks.
• Deliver on time and align with strategy; motivate the onsite team and drive best practices.
