Job summary

FirstPort in Wellington, Somerset is seeking a Visiting Development Manager to oversee on-site development operations. You will supervise safety checks, manage contractors, and keep records while protecting data and maintaining communal areas.

The role involves supporting resident engagement, building community links with families and authorities, and travelling to team meetings as required. 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £24,479 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and issue-resolution ability.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile at the development and office and check residents meet requirements.
• Carry out daily safety checks, keep records, and manage contractors and data securely.
• Oversee works, raise orders, monitor progress and sign off completion.
• Support Residents Association and social events to enhance community experience.
• Build links with residents' families and local authorities; respond to emergencies.
