Job summary

Adecco is supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Willerby area to recruit a Credit Controller for a full-time onsite role in West Hull. You will help maintain healthy cashflow, resolve accounts, and manage debt with proactive customer contact.

The role emphasises accurate processing, timely communications, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams in a busy finance environment.

• Proven experience in a credit control role.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused credit control service, ensuring timely communication at all stages of the process.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments in line with company targets.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take action to reduce bad debt exposure.
• Maximise customer retention through effective cash collection and tailored payment arrangements.
• Support customers and colleagues with billing, account and debt enquiries.
• Collaborate with finance and account managers to support cashflow and resolve disputes.
