Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused credit control service and communicate at all stages.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments in line with targets.
• Monitor overdue accounts and reduce exposure to bad debt.
• Maximise cash collection and arrange tailored payment plans.
• Support billing, accounts and debt enquiries with customers.
• Collaborate with finance and account managers to manage cashflow.
