Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a commercially minded Contract Manager (Execution) for a fixed-term contract onsite at the Thameside project in Tilbury, Essex. You will provide expert commercial and contractual guidance across industrial EPC, from pre-award tender activities through to project execution, service, warranty, and operational support.

The role requires a degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline, with strong experience in contract formation,

Qualifications

• Formal contract management experience in construction/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, IChemE, O&M and Service Agreements.
• Ability to analyse complex contractual issues and prepare high-quality correspondence.
• Excellent negotiation and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual guidance across full project lifecycle.
• Lead contract management for assigned projects and service/warranty activities.
• Maintain contractual records, risk registers, claims and variations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Project Delivery teams.
• Support change management, disputes avoidance, and warranty resolution.
