Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead construction and erection activities across major industrial projects. Based in Farnborough with hybrid working and travel to sites, you will drive safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives through multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate brings a Mechanical Engineering degree, 5+ years in construction management, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (essential).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Management role.
• Proven experience within industrial construction and site supervision.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage erection plans in line with HSE and client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate project resources with Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Guide site personnel to achieve safe, efficient work package objectives.
• Develop erection methodologies including sequencing and scheduling.
• Supervise site activities, procure packages, manage risks and deviations.
