Job summary

Core Group is seeking an Experienced Inhouse Recruitment Account Manager in Construction based in Nottingham. You will own the labour process, ensuring the right people are on site at the right time, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

In this fast-paced role you’ll manage up to 200 operatives, liaise with Site Managers and Contracts Managers, and continuously improve onboarding and timesheet processes to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager inhouse recruitment within construction labour.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, sites and recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all labour requirements across client sites.
• Act as main link between client and agency to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Oversee a workforce of up to 200 operatives across sites.
• Work with Site Managers and Contracts Managers to understand current and future labour needs.
• Attend weekly pipeline meetings to review upcoming projects and trade requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance, right-to-work checks, timesheets and general labour processes.
