Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise onsite Cleaning Operatives and drive high cleaning standards while maintaining excellent client relationships. You will oversee materials, equipment, and methods, ensure PPE and uniforms are used correctly, and report any faults or incidents to the Line Manager.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication as you coordinate with the client and your team to deliver safe, healthy environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Drive onsite standards and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used; keep equipment clean and in good order.
• Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
• Ensure uniforms and PPE are worn and maintained.
• Report accidents and dangerous occurrences to the Line Manager.
• Build strong relationships with the Cleaning Operative Team and the client.
