Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives on-site, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent cleaning standards and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will drive onsite standards, oversee materials and equipment usage, and ensure safety protocols including PPE are followed, while supporting the team and liaising with the client to meet expectations.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential; customer service is a key part of the role.
Able to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload.
Reliable and trustworthy in approach to duties.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite to maintain high cleaning standards.
Drive standards onsite and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure materials, equipment and methods are used correctly and equipment is clean and functional.
Report faulty machinery or equipment immediately.
Ensure company uniform is worn and PPE is used at all times.
Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to the Line Manager.
Build strong relationships with the Cleaning Operative Team and the client.
