Job summary

Lawtech Group in the South East seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering cladding remediation works on time and to budget. You will liaise with the QS, H&S, ISO, and project teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery and effective on-site coordination across trades.

The role requires an ONC or equivalent qualification, CSCS, and experience in construction. You will assist with resource planning, orders, and reporting, and maintain quality standards and records on

Qualifications

ONC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.
Completed or in process of NVQ in construction-related discipline.
CSCS card required; driving license beneficial.

Responsibilities

Assist with management of specified works and workforce to deadlines and budgets.
Assist with delivery to programme and communicate requirements to the workforce.
Coordinate labour and material requirements across the works to ensure efficient use of stores and resources.
Maintain relationships with client staff, stakeholders, and third parties, and take ownership of delivery within remit.
Ensure delivery of works to time and budget and maintain quality standards and documentation.
