Job summary

Lawtech Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering cladding remediation works on time and to budget. You will liaise with QS, H&S, ISO, and other managers to ensure safe, compliant delivery across the project.

Founded over 20 years, Lawtech specialises in cladding remediation, delivering multi-million-pound contracts in London and the Southeast. The role requires a construction-related qualification and CSCS card, with opportunities for further training

Qualifications

ONC or equivalent qualification or experience in construction.
Experience in cladding/facades.
NVQ in construction-related discipline.
CSCS card is required.
SSTS beneficial to have.
QCQA competency is required.
EWI experience is beneficial.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of H&S regulations and procedures.
Willingness to undertake training for role delivery.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Assist with management of specified works and workforce to budgets and deadlines.
Support delivery of works to programme and communicate requirements to workforce.
Coordinate labour and material requirements across site teams.
Liaise with project manager/QS/buying to place orders and schedule deliveries.
Maintain relationships with client staff, stakeholders, and funders.
Ensure resources are delivered on time and within budget.
Produce and maintain delivery information for workforce.
Maintain agreed quality standards and communicate requirements.
Keep accurate site records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Work with H&S to ensure risk assessments and COSHH are in place.
Attend site and management meetings on a regular basis.
Keep up to date with regulations and company procedures.
