Job summary

Prospero Integrated, in Greater London, seeks an experienced Onsite AV Engineer to deliver hands-on engineering services, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of AV/VC systems. You will diagnose faults, implement solutions and ensure minimum downtime while maintaining high presentation quality.

Qualifications

• Formal AV qualification or equivalent desirable.
• Recognised qualification in electronic engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of audio visual, video conferencing, and presentation technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting, fault finding and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and timely support.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests for assistance within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electronic AV and VC systems.
• Undertake preventive maintenance of customer equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and report discrepancies.
• Test portable and installed equipment to log and fix faults.
• Maintain accurate client hardware inventory and service records.
• Collaborate with support technicians to ensure full system functionality.
• Proactively identify training opportunities and process improvements.
• Adhere to company standards and quality practices.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
