Job summary

Archer UK is seeking an experienced Pressure Pumping Co-ordinator to be based in our Badentoy office. The role focuses on preparing technical designs, coordinating client expectations, and providing support throughout pre-planning, execution and post-job analysis.

You will track revenue, KPI and QPR reporting, while developing strong onshore/offshore teams and ensuring safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Office-based, five days a week in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Technical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in pressure pumping operations.
• Excellent operational background in Pressure Pumping equipment.
• Strong personnel management skills demonstrating experience in building strong teams onshore/offshore.
• Good understanding of financial reporting for project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical design of services for the workscope required by the client.
• Act as client focal point and manage expectations throughout the job.
• Provide technical support during pre-planning, execution and post-job analysis.
• Track revenue and KPI/QPR reporting; assist accounting with invoicing.
