Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the UK & Global Energy offshore and remote sites, managing existing customers and helping develop new business with prospective clients.

You will work with the Head of Global Sales and operations to grow sales, focus on technical services and onshore remote site markets, and collaborate with ARCADION Aberdeen and European teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the CRM database with regular updates and actions recorded.
• Support core sales activity for Aramark’s global energy business offshore UKCS.
• Engage with current clients to support retention activities.
• Liaise, complete proposals and present/close commercial documents.
• Assist bid team to develop content for pre-qualification and tender responses.
• Proof-read final documents to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet client expectations.
• Maintain sales momentum and pipeline reporting with the Global Head of Sales.
• Support safety team with external profiles; attend trade shows as needed.
• Track client and prospect activity through press, media and web publications.
