Job summary

Longacres Garden Centre is seeking an organised Online Assistant to join the Online Warehouse team in Bagshot. You will pick, pack and ship online orders, maintain stock records and support admin tasks in a busy environment.

We offer 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a rota’d day off and alternate weekends, plus benefits such as staff discount and parking. Join a family-run business with strong values and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

Previous experience within the warehouse industry.
Basic computer literacy to manage orders and stock.
Willingness to learn and develop in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, keeping KPI targets in mind.
Pick, pack and ship products, ensuring accuracy and no damage.
Maintain accurate stock records and book in deliveries to the warehouse.
Load and unload deliveries; operate forklifts or similar equipment if licensed or trained.
Perform general admin tasks within the department and support other teams as required.
Adhere to health and safety policies and communicate effectively with supervisors.
