Job summary

Longacres Garden Centre in Bagshot is seeking an Online Assistant to join our Online Warehouse team. You will process online orders, pick and pack products, and maintain stock records, collaborating to meet KPI targets and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

The role is fixed-term, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with Monday to Friday shifts, a rota’d day off each week, and alternate weekends. Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy to manage orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, keeping KPI targets.
• Pick, pack, and ship products, ensuring items are correct and undamaged.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Book in deliveries to the warehouse and check goods against orders.
• Load and unload deliveries, handling stock safely.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when licensed.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Support other departments as required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
