Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) is a purpose-driven organisation partnering with universities to broaden access to online education. The Student Coach will guide learners from offer through to progression, using coaching conversations and practical guidance to overcome barriers and keep students engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience in student support, coaching, mentoring or engagement roles.
• Confidence communicating with diverse groups via phone, video and written channels.
• A genuine commitment to student success and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned proactive outreach to students at key points in their learning journey.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and practical guidance to help enrolment, progression and completion.
• Record engagement activity in Salesforce and manage a caseload.
• Escalate to appropriate teams when specialist support is needed.
