Job summary

B&Q Cardiff Gate Retail Park is recruiting a Store to Home Administrator on a 3-month fixed-term contract for full-time work (36.75 hours per week). Shifts cover Monday to Sunday, 6.00am to 10.00pm.

You will process online orders, manage stock and delivery schedules, and support store colleagues with customer queries to ensure an outstanding online experience. You will be a reliable organiser and communicator, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and flexible to work a rota including
