Job description

Role:
To assist in the functioning of Big C’s digital retail and Ebay operations to promote Big C in a positive way and to maximise sales.

Tasks include:

  1. Picking, packing, sorting and dispatching sold items.
  2. Supporting the handling of returns and exchanges in accordance with Big C’s procedures.
  3. Helping with photographing items to be listed online in line with Big C’s guidelines.
  4. Pricing stock.
  5. Assisting with customers enquiries regarding products and shipment.
  6. Under the direction of Online Retail assistant, comply with Trading Standards Legislation.

Time commitment:
This opportunity will be based at Wymondham Distribution Centre. Roles available Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.
