Palatial Leisure Limited is one of the UK's most established independent gaming companies and the only operator to combine traditional bingo clubs, a licensed casino, cinemas and rapidly expanding online gaming brands.

Our online brands, ThePalaces.com and BingoBritain.com, are entering an exciting new chapter with the introduction of Playtech Bingo, EveryMatrix Sportsbook, new CRM technology and ambitious growth plans.

We are now looking for an exceptional individual to help lead that journey.

This is not a corporate role where you'll become another number. You will work directly alongside our Managing Director and senior management team, helping to shape the future of a business that genuinely makes decisions quickly and values innovation.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and continual development of our online gaming business.

Working closely with suppliers, marketing, customer support, compliance and senior management, you will ensure that every part of the online operation performs to the highest possible standard.

No two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the EveryMatrix back office and platform.
• Support the rollout and ongoing management of Playtech Bingo.
• Assist in the launch and operation of EveryMatrix Sportsbook.
• Manage relationships with suppliers including EveryMatrix, Playtech, Nuvei, Optimove, PlayerVis and other strategic partners.
• Configure promotions, bonuses and customer journeys.
• Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
• Produce meaningful commercial and operational reports.
• Work alongside Compliance and Safer Gambling teams to ensure regulatory excellence.
• Coordinate technical developments and testing.
• Support affiliate and acquisition activity.
• Help develop new products, promotions and customer experiences.
• Become the internal expert on our online platforms.

About You

You may already work within online gaming or have experience in casino, sportsbook, bingo or digital operations.

Most importantly, you are commercially minded, technically confident and enjoy taking ownership.
