Job summary

Palatial Leisure Limited, based in Great Yarmouth, is seeking an exceptional individual to lead the online gaming operation, working directly with the Managing Director and senior management. You will manage day-to-day operation, collaborate with suppliers, marketing, customer support, and compliance to ensure top performance across EveryMatrix, Playtech, and Sportsbook platforms.

• Experience in online gaming or related digital operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EveryMatrix back office and platform.
• Support the rollout and ongoing management of Playtech Bingo.
• Assist in the launch and operation of EveryMatrix Sportsbook.
• Manage relationships with suppliers including EveryMatrix, Playtech, Nuvei, Optimove, PlayerVis and other strategic partners.
• Configure promotions, bonuses and customer journeys.
• Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
• Produce meaningful commercial and operational reports.
• Work alongside Compliance and Safer Gambling teams to ensure regulatory excellence.
• Coordinate technical developments and testing.
• Support affiliate and acquisition activity.
• Help develop new products, promotions and customer experiences.
• Become the internal expert on our online platforms.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and continual development of our online gaming business.

Working closely with suppliers, marketing, customer support, compliance and senior management, you will ensure that every part of the online operation performs to the highest possible standard.

No two days will be the same.

About You

You may already work within online gaming or have experience in casino, sportsbook, bingo or digital operations.

Most importantly, you are commercially minded, technically confident and enjoy taking ownership.
