Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service in Rugby, Warwickshire is seeking an Online Operations Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, manage donated goods and IT assets, and drive online sales across our digital channels. You will own the online listing journey, research products, set pricing, photograph items, and ensure accurate stock and speedy fulfilment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail/e-commerce environment.
Experience using digital systems and online marketplaces (e.g., eBay).
Experience working to targets and performance measures.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues, returns and complaints.
Identify, assess and prepare donated products for online sale, including research, photography, listings and pricing.
Process, test and prepare donated IT equipment for resale, including data sanitisation.
Create and manage online marketplace listings, monitor performance and stock records.
Pick, pack and dispatch orders, ensure efficient fulfilment and handle returns.
Support online trading targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
