Asda Stores Ltd in Minworth is seeking an Online Manager to oversee the in-store online operation, ensuring daily smooth running and driver logistics. You will lead a team, plan rosters and drive picking accuracy to support a high-quality customer experience.

The role focuses on improving availability, reducing shrink, and applying data-driven decisions, while developing staff and maintaining strong service levels. Permanent full-time position with weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee online store operations in-store daily and keep vans on the road.

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.

Lead with impact: Engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and process whilst creating a culture of selling with personality, driving pick accuracy and serving our customers with heart and pride.

Results-focused: Drive best value offering across our online operation, CSI and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.

What you'll bring:
