Job summary

Asda Plymouth is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day‑to‑day in-store online operation, keep the team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy.

You will own the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data‑led decisions, and validate picker and driver resource through effective rota planning to drive picking accuracy and consistency in the online service. Experience in fast-paced retail and a track record of developing and coaching teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager , you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.
