Job summary

ASDA in Newton Abbot is recruiting an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our online store-in-store service. You’ll keep the team engaged, ensure vans run on time and customers are delighted.

You’ll own the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-driven decisions, while validating picker and driver resources through rota planning to maintain high picking accuracy and consistent online service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of online retail operations and workflow.
• Ability to drive improvements in availability, picking rate and shrink reduction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.

Job Description

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy.

You will be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

What you’ll bring
