Job summary

Asda is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the Online operation in-store at Kingshill. You will drive people engagement, rota planning for drivers and pickers, and ensure customers receive a reliable online service with strong accuracy and efficiency.

You will shape the online shrink agenda, enable data-led decision making, and coach the team to improve processes while delivering great availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of Online retail environment.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Plan rota to ensure vans and driver resources while keeping picking accuracy high.

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy.

You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

• Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
• Lead with impact: Engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and process whilst creating a culture of selling with personality, driving pick accuracy and serving our customers with heart and pride.
• Results-focused: Drive best value offering across our online operation, CSI and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.
• Talent Development: Listen with empathy, driving resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business by bringing the “Asdaness” to work every day and supporting the development of the team and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.

What you’ll bring:
