Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Online Manager in Barking to lead the in-store online operation, ensuring efficient rota planning and resource allocation for pickers and drivers. You will drive availability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while guiding the team through change and process improvements.

The role requires a proven track record in online retail leadership, strong organisational skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of online retail.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

Job Description

At Asda, we want you to find your everything as an Online Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

• Results-focused: Drive best value offering across our online operation, CSI and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.
