Role Purpose

We seek a creative and technically skilled Design Manager to join our Online Business Optimization team. This role will enhance SD.com's digital presence through innovative design solutions and project management, collaborating closely with UX and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design efforts, specializing in CSS, HTML, and WordPress development.
• Create new design templates for various categories.
• Manage the Mobile APP Gandalf system to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Allocate 30% of your team time to healthcare services, including the Online Doctor & Health Clinic platform.
• Manage large projects such as CRM, marketing, and PR campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
• Support the wider Design Team during Event Changeover execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong people management experience, ideally in Design.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and WordPress (Hybris knowledge a plus).
• Understanding of design principles and experience creating templates.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience managing mobile app design and development.
• Effective time management across multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large projects.
• Retail or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
