Job summary

Furniture Village Ltd is seeking a proactive Online Administration Team Leader to oversee a high-energy team and manage online orders for customers across the UK. You will lead, motivate and support staff, ensuring inquiries and escalations are handled promptly and professionally.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Thurrock location, 40 hours per week, with a competitive package and benefits including pension and staff

• Previous team leadership experience within customer service, administration or operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Reliable, organised and confident in leading a team.
• Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving.
