Job summary

Lex Dinamica Ltd in London is seeking an OneTrust Lead to join our consulting team. This client-facing leadership role focuses on implementing, optimizing, and managing OneTrust across Privacy, GRC, and Data Governance modules.

You will design scalable privacy programmes, lead projects end-to-end, and provide advisory support. If you thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and can translate complex requirements into practical OneTrust solutions, we want to hear from you.

Lex Dinamica is hiring a OneTrust Lead to join our consulting team in London. This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for professionals with extensive experience implementing, optimising, and managing OneTrust platforms – particularly across Privacy, GRC, and Data Governance modules.

You will play a key role in designing scalable privacy programmes, leading client projects end-to-end, and supporting ongoing advisory work. If you thrive in a consulting environment and enjoy translating complex requirements into practical OneTrust solutions, we want to hear from you.

• Lead end-to-end OneTrust implementation and optimisation projects for clients
• Act as primary consultant and subject matter expert across OneTrust modules
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored privacy tech solutions
• Translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable platform configurations
• Guide junior consultants and oversee quality of delivery
• Support client training, documentation, and adoption of new platform features
• Stay up to date with platform updates and evolving data protection regulations

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience with the OneTrust platform (Privacy, GRC, or adjacent modules)
• Strong background in data privacy, data protection, or compliance
• Experience in consulting or working within a fast-paced, client-facing role
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Familiarity with GDPR, ePrivacy, and other major global privacy frameworks
• Strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and attention to detail
