Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Weston-super-Mare invites undergraduates to join the One Year Management Placement Programme as an Intern. You'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

From day one you'll be coached through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, with real responsibilities and potential for promotion, performance bonuses, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students are eligible regardless of university attended or subject studied.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required (accommodations for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol offences on driving record within the last five years are required not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
