Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid one-year Management Placement Programme based in a UK retail branch (Penzance). You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive environment.

The role includes classroom learning, on-the-job training and mentorship to help launch your career in management. We provide opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives and employee referral rewards as part of the internship

Qualifications

• Undergraduate applicants welcome and assessed on competencies.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug- or alcohol-related offences in the last five years are permitted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle reservations, enquiries and rapport with customers.
• Grow network and develop lasting relationships with local business partners in sales and marketing.
• Understand cost control and profitability through basic financial concepts and P&L awareness.
• Learn fleet management, planning and performance driving in operations and logistics.
• Take a lead role in mentoring and developing peers and potential future team members.

Responsibilities

You'll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You'll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
