SEN Teacher - Individualised Education That Changes Lives

Location:Bourne and surrounding areas

Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)

Schedule:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only

Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)

Focus:One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs

About The Role

Are you an experienced teacher looking for a more flexible, impactful way to support young learners? This role offers the opportunity to work one-to-one with students who benefit from a personalised approach to education. You'll be helping children and young people with a range of needs-academic, emotional, and medical-reconnect with learning and build the confidence to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver tailored lessons in Maths, English, and Science, aligned with the UK curriculum
• Adapt your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families
• Create a safe, structured environment that encourages growth and resilience
• Promote independence, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of learning
  
  

What We're Looking For

• QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
• Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
• Experience working with SEN and SEMH learners
• Confidence teaching across Key Stages 1-4
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
