Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate, proactive, and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in the Wakefield area (WF3). The successful candidate should have a relevant childcare qualification or equivalent experience and be willing to travel.

Main Duties:

1. Support the Class Teacher with lesson planning and resources
2. Support children requiring additional assistance within the classroom
3. Lead small group interventions
4. Manage classroom behaviour

Requirements:

All pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
