Job summary

Randstad Student Support in Lincoln is seeking a Specialist One-to-One Study Skills Support Worker to provide tailored guidance and skills development for university students with Specific Learning Difficulties. You will design individual learning plans, promote independence, and support research and writing skills.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, offering £28 per hour plus accrued holiday pay, starting October 2026 for the academic year.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (Level 6 minimum) with Professional Membership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of students.
• Punctuality, reliability and confidentiality in professional work.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital academic guidance and create individual learning plans.
• Help students develop independence and time management.
• Build reading, writing, and research skills for academic work.
• Maintain confidentiality and address student concerns professionally.
