Randstad Student & Worker Support is seeking a Specialist 1-to-1 Study Skills Support Worker in Lincoln to help autistic students develop independent learning strategies. The role focuses on creating tailored individual learning plans and providing targeted academic guidance within the Disabled Students Allowance framework.

The position offers part-time, flexible hours starting October 2026, with pay of £28 per hour plus £3.38 accrued holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level undergraduate degree required (level 6 minimum).
• Teaching qualification required.
• Extensive training in adult autism required.
• DSA-funded role; adhere to DfE qualification framework.
• Acceptable training routes include National Autistic Society modules or NMH Optimum course.
