Job summary

Randstad Education in Lincoln is seeking a Specialist 1-to-1 Study Skills Support Worker for Lincoln University.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, £28 per hour plus accrued holiday pay (£3.38 per hour) and starts October 2026 for the 2026/2027 academic year.You will create individual learning plans, support autistic students, and help with organisation, time management, research skills, and referencing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree level (level 6) or higher.
• Teaching qualification essential.
• Extensive training in adult autism required (DfE framework).
• Experience with autistic clients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Punctuality and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support and academic guidance.
• Create individual learning plans tailored to each student.
• Help students develop organisation and time-management strategies.
• Support research skills and use of diverse sources.
• Assist with reading, writing and referencing skills.
