Job summary

Penderels Trust is seeking a compassionate care worker to support a 41-year-old man with autism in Donington CP. You will work one-on-one, with day and night shifts including sleep-ins. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housework, and assisting with appointments and activities.

DBS disclosure required, driving not mandatory but car ownership with business insurance is preferred. Candidates must be 18+, patient, reliable, and capable of flexible daily routines.

Responsibilities
