HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable care assistants to support our client with complex care needs in his Northwood home. You will work 2:1 with the gentleman, on 12-hour day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently within a client's home environment.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support our client with complex care needs in his home, working 2:1 with the gentleman.
• Provide 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Build a bond and close relationship with the client.
• Work with one client per shift and avoid travel between calls.
• Secure, consistent care delivery within the home setting.
