Job summary

HFH Healthcare in Barnet is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to assist our client with intricate care needs at home. You will work 2:1 with the lady, on 12-hour day or night shifts, in her own home, providing stable, person-centred support.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, paid PAYE, and regular hours with weekend/bank holiday enhanced rates. Previous experience in complex care is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months in a professional setting.

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced care Assistant to support our client with his complex care needs. our client is a Lady. She would like a support worker who understands that his family is important and it is her home. You will be working 2:1 with this lovely lady in her home for either 12 hour days or 12 hour nights. As this are long shifts it provides the great opportunity to really build a bond and close relationship with the client.
