Job summary

HFH Healthcare is recruiting compassionate carers to support complex care clients in their own homes. Each carer will be based at a single client’s residence, with no Travel between multiple homes and shifts spanning days and nights.

This role offers full-time and part-time options, PAYE payroll, enhanced rates on weekends/bank holidays, paid holidays, a company pension, and a wellbeing support line; average shifts are 12 hours with predictable patterns wherever possible.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ care experience.
• Based at one client’s residence (not home to home).
• Full-time and/or part-time roles available.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support.
• Assist with daily living tasks as required.
• Maintain client comfort and safety during shifts.
