Job summary

Allucent is seeking a seasoned Oncology ACE Therapeutic Strategy Head to shape and drive the Oncology strategy across the organization, integrating scientific, operational, and commercial perspectives to ensure the successful capture and delivery of Oncology trials.

This role bridges therapeutic insight with internal SMEs to create differentiated strategic operational solutions for Allucent’s clients, with matrixed oversight of therapeutically aligned project leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MS, PhD, or equivalent). Background in Oncology preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of clinical research and development experience with a focus on Oncology in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to align therapeutic insight with operational strategy.
• Strong experience collaborating across multiple scientific and operational disciplines.
• Track record of client engagement and managing large portfolios of work to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Allucent’s ACE Oncology strategy across all drug development phases.
• Lead internal Oncology expertise and drive innovative operational models for trials.
• Direct development of internal and external SMEs & partners for differentiated offerings.
• Ensure delivery performance across the Oncology portfolio with quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Establish KPIs and governance for portfolio performance management.
• Lead client governance and provide escalation support for Oncology programs.
• Collaborate with Medical, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Data Ops to optimize trials.
• Engage with Marketing/BD to position Allucent as an Oncology thought leader.
