Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel Limited in Guildford are seeking a SACT/Oncology Pharmacist to deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services for oncology and haematology patients. You will perform clinical screening and verification of systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT) and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care in a hospital setting.

Applicants must hold GPhC registration and have NHS pharmacy experience in the UK.

Qualifications

• Current GPhC registration in the UK.
• NHS hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Experience with systemic anti-c Cancer therapies (SACT) is advantageous.

Responsibilities
