Qualificações

• You will lead the DTU nursing team with visible professional and operational leadership.
• You will ensure six-day-a-week service delivery with a focus on safe SACT.
• You will drive continuous quality improvement using feedback and audits.
• You will work with the multidisciplinary team to shape service development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe, effective and timely delivery of SACT.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, skill mix, rotas and standards of clinical practice.
• Manage DTU resources and budgets to support an efficient, patient-centred service.
• Recruit, develop, support and retain a skilled and engaged nursing team.
• Use patient feedback, incidents, complaints, audit and research to drive quality improvement.
• Develop outpatient SACT pathways, protocols and evidence-based practice.
• Represent the unit at directorate and corporate meetings and contribute to the wider cancer services strategy.
